At The Considered Room, every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely in its new home.
Australia-wide Shipping
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the artwork and your delivery location.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected artworks. If you're purchasing from outside Australia, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a shipping quotation and estimated delivery timeframe.
Dispatch Timeframes
Once payment has been received, we will coordinate dispatch with the artist where required. Most artworks are dispatched within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once your artwork has been dispatched.

As each artwork is an original piece of art, we encourage collectors to carefully review all artwork images, dimensions and descriptions before making a purchase.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging and any visible damage.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that's arranging a replacement (where possible), repair or refund.
Incorrect Artwork
If you receive the wrong artwork, please contact us immediately, and we'll arrange the return and delivery of the correct piece at no additional cost.
